Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime by sending a request to contact@cayeit.com. However, please note that once a subscription period begins, it is non-refundable for that month.

How do credits work?
Credits determine how many times you can use any tool on the platform. 1 credit = 1 usage of any tool. Each time you use a tool, one credit is utilized from your account.
What is your refund policy?
Since our subscription operates on a monthly basis, once the subscription starts for a given month, it cannot be refunded. You can cancel your subscription for the following month by submitting a request to contact@cayeit.com.
Will new tools be added to the platform?
Yes! Our team is continuously developing new AI-powered Ayurveda tools, and all newly released features will be available to active subscribers at no additional cost.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. We do not use any of the information you enter into the AI to train our models, nor do we store or share your personal data with any third party. Your privacy and security are our top priorities.

I don’t have USD as my default currency. Can I still make the payment in USD?
Yes! Our payment processor supports transactions in any currency. While the price is displayed in USD by default, when you proceed with the payment, the amount will be deducted in the equivalent of your local currency.
